Nick gave us plenty of advice throughout the process as to how best to optimise our chance of achieving the best price within the shortest time frame. He worked very well with our eventual buyers who I know were frustrating to deal with. Nick managed to shield us from much of the more challenging aspects of dealing with the buyers and we thank him for that. His communication with us was excellent in terms of frequency and validity. The best thing that I can say is that he made us feel as though we were his only client and always had or made time for us.
