Blake was courteous and ever so professional in dealing with my elderly mum on the sale of her unit. He went out of his way to address any concerns she had. I was very impressed with the way he went that extra mile to make sure both the purchaser and vendor were happy. He was always punctual and patient.

We initially interviewed four local agents and found Blake the most knowledgeable of the area. He gave us honest feedback and advice at what we needed to do to prepare the property for sale.
