We were extremely impressed with Brad Airs and his team, particularly as we were overseas for the entire sale process of our property. Communication was a key factor for us and the standard of service he provided was better than any real estate agent we have ever dealt with. We received detailed updates and weekly reports about the level of interest generated in the property. He even assisted us with our sitting tenant who was quite obstructive at the start of the process. Our letting agent (a different firm) were no help, we mentioned the issues to Brad and the problem disappeared overnight. We looked at 3 other agents and he was the most convincing and enthusiastic. He also came across as very knowledgeable and experienced and gave us good advice on what to fix/repair/improve to get the best overall result. For example, he advised us to NOT repaint the home but to stage it to help buyers imagine the potential. Brad was also a good choice for us, as he took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about things such as connecting and disconnecting electricity during the campaign. In fact, we were so confident with his service that we went on holidays while he prepared and marketed our home in our absence. My wife and I owned a 2 bed 1 bath town house in Ascot Vale. We initially engaged the services of the so called "Market Leaders" to sell the property. After 10 weeks and a failed auction (not one bid) we had no other option but to withdraw our sole agency agreement. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the original agents, the so called "Market Leaders". They over promised and under delivered and failed to communicate consistently throughout the 10 week sales campaign.
