Brad was great for us. We were new to buying and unsure with many of the rules and even with the situation with the market. He doesn't pamper or mislead you with his words. He told us a couple of things about the market and strata with the unit. We didn't believe him at first. But, he was spot on. We got our apartment above our budget price, but that wasn't his fault. It was the crazy market... but we ended up getting the apartment we wanted. He handled everything professionally. He was consistent and attentive. Helped us through the hunt, even though we missed out on a couple. I forgot to mention that it was easy transition from the auction to picking up the keys.
