When we first met Brad, we knew he would be the right agent to entrust with the sale of our house. We were impressed by his confidence and in-depth knowledge of the local area. Brad and his team achieved exactly what they had promised us - a fast sale, great advice, excellent communication, a street record sale price - and all in a highly professional and timely manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brad to anyone wanting a hassle-free sale with a great outcome.

Brad had great ideas and worked with my wife to present our house 'beautifully' for Open Inspections. He's a genuinely nice person too. Cheers Brad for getting us a great price and short settlement when others in the suburbs around us don't have the 'sold' sign.

Brad's 'sold' sign was on a property in our suburb with an 'exciting' claim of fast & profitable sale. We interviewed several Local agents and Brad (located 30mins away). We also chatted with the owner of the house sold by Brad in our suburb - they were very impressed! His professionalism and eagerness to get the 'highest' price for us won the interview, his ability to fulfill his promises secured the deal. We've never recommended a real estate agent before now. Cheers Brad & your team - you've made the job of selling real estate a 'joy' again!

Brad is shrewd and practical, just sort of guy you want in your corner when buying/selling a house. Brad is a professional. He is confident but not ostentatious. His knowledge base of the area, diligence, and attention to detail was great.

Working with Brad and his team was an absolute pleasure. Upon first contacting Brad, what struck me immediately was his professionalism. After inspecting our property, he directly asked us what our expectations were, rather than simply 'telling us' what to expect. This alone set Brad apart. After discussions, he was able to give us clear pointers on how to best present our home to meet the market. Our home was on the market for a total of one week. We had three written offers after the first open house - with two of these being above asking price. At every stage Brad and his team have been clearly communicating with us what was required, where the process was up to, and most importantly, what the market reaction was. I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone wishing to sell their home. He knows the demographic and he knows where the market is currently at. He does not set unrealistic expectations, yet he was able to achieve for us a price that was a good deal above where any other agent had quoted. Working with Brad and his team was an absolute pleasure.

From the moment I engaged with Brad in our initial phone conversation, I knew he would be the one to get our house sold and for a good price. Fast forward a month, we did a bit of tweaking to the property based on his advice, one open home and got an exceptional offer that evening. Brad knows the 4122 area better than anyone. If you're looking at selling your property in Brisbane, you should make Brad your first point of call.

From start to finish of the sale of our property Brad did an excellent job. He was recommended to us by a friend and we will certainly recommend him and his team to our friends. Thanks for everything Brad.

Strong negotiation skill

Brad was brilliant, he gave us a huge amount of support in preparing our home for sale, selling it in a few hour - not days or weeks, and also helped us select and purchase our new home. He was part of the whole stressful process, not just looking for a commission, but cared about our family's wellbeing. I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone and would now count him as a friend.

Brad was fantastic, helping us secure our next home, he made the process run smoothly and would always offer assistance with any issues.

We were very impressed by Brad's obvious knowledge and experience of the real estate market. He is up front and honest and determined to get the job done well. Brad is also not afraid to intervene in solicitor and banking processes when necessary to facilitate the often frustrating business of buying and selling. We particularly liked the way that Brad kept us constantly updated about our sale and purchase and was never beyond reach, despite his hectic schedule. We felt confident with Brad throughout the process and knew he would deliver results, which he ultimately did. We highly recommend Brad and will certainly come back to him when purchasing or selling a property in future.

We were warned time and time again that selling your house is one of life's most stressful experiences. This was not our experience as by lucky chance, we met Brad! Through his guidance and continual support our house was sold in 4 days. Our requirements of an agent was simple- work well alone, work amazing in a team, no empty promises and get the best result. Brad and his team nailed it! Thank you for making our experience a pleasurable one!
