Brad and his team were always very pleasant, professional and approachable. They were very honest with advice and do their utmost best to get the best sale price for you. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent in the future. Thank you very much to you all and you made the sale process as simple and efficient f as possible especially for me as I was overseas when all of this was occurring. Thanks again Brad to you and your awesome, professional team.

Brad and his team were good to work with. It was our first home that we both brought and sold through brad. We learnt a lot and Brad and his team really helped us through the process.

I am a buyer so I can't comment much about Brad's market knowledge or negotiation skills. However, Brad has been very helpful with the purchasing process, ensuring we have everything we need to get the process moving along smoothly. He is also keeping us up to date with the vendor's progress attending to the items from Building & Pest report. Definitely recommending Brad to all buyers & sellers.

Brad gave us good advice on what the market was looking for in a home like ours and took a personal interest in helping us be ready for sale. His listing price estimate was obviously accurate as evidenced by the price achieved at sale. Both our potential buyers came from our first Open Home which was conducted efficiently with 20 groups through. All our dealings with Brad, Madeline and the rest of the team have been pleasant and constructive with the added bonus of a very satisfactory outcome at sale. We would happily recommend Brad to other sellers.

We were very happy with our choice of Brad Sissons at Coronis for the sale of our house in Wishart. Brad was professional, friendly and easy to talk to and very confident with taking over the sale of our house. We were most impressed by the way he handled the whole process from the first open home to the negotiations and subsequent contract, building and pest inspections and settlement. We would definitely use Brad to sell any future houses and would recommend his services to anyone looking for great results and excellent customer service.

Brad produced a nice and clean open home with brochures with relevant information about the house. He was also happy to answer all our questions there and then. He later followed the open home up with a phone call which was the first friendly non pushy follow up call we have ever received.

Brad and his team at Coronis were fantastic in helping us with the sale of our home in November 2014. We were more than happy with the result.
