My partner and I are very experienced in the housing industry and have met with many Real estate agents. Brendan was by far the best agent we have ever had contact with. From our initial contact we knew right away he would be the one to sell our house. He agreed to meet with us after hours as my partner and I both were in the Medical industry and don't work regular hours. This was no issue for Brendan and he made us feel at complete ease right from the get go. Brendan was so enthusiastic about the sale of our property and this was very evident as he was able to sell our property without it even going on the market (officially). The sale of our house was quick, easy and stress free and this was all thanks to Brendan. We would most definitely recommend Brendan to any of our friends and in fact we have already done so. Brendan is the most down to Earth real estate agent I've met. He is intelligent in the housing market and listens and understands your needs and desires. His knowledge and understanding is shown through the communication with him. He is the type of agent who will sit down with a cold drink and discuss options whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism but a real easy going person. He will explain everything to you and answer those questions that you may think aren't the smartest. He will make you feel comfortable and will not pressure you into buying/ selling your home. I highly recommend dealing with Brendan and I personally will contact him in the future as my experience was a positive one.

We were very appreciative of not being pushed into an early sale prior to Christmas. Whilst it was recommended that pre Christmas would be a great time of the year to sell, my wife and I were hesitant as we felt the property needed some touch up work to improve it's appearance. Brendan was quite understanding of this. We eventually went to market on a Wednesday in late January and it was sold on that Saturday for a price higher than we expected. Brendan and his team did a tremendous job for us and based on this, we would not hesitate in using him and his team again.

I honestly have no idea where to start i have nothing but good to say! Brendan has been there through our whole process of selling and buying. After weekends of weekends searching for our new home and dealing with lots of agents and Brendan showing us many of them, i knew once we had our renovations done we would only ever list with him and so we did. Once our home hit the market it was pretty full on, a deposit was taken within days but sometimes things aren't meant to be. Brendan was ever so kind and reassuring through that hicup and worked very hard to get us our happy ending and with in only days again!! I like to tell people my agent was so great he sold our home twice both within days of being on market. Brendan is definitely great at what he does. Can't thank him enough 😊

The best way to describe my experience of selling my home with Brendan is 'fantastic'! I was quite nervous at the thought of selling my home, especially when there were tenants involved. Brendan talked me through all of my concerns and was respectful to my tenants throughout the process from start to finish. My property ended up selling on the first day to market at top price.. I was very impressed and grateful. From start to finish, Brendan and his team had everything organised and I didn't have to chase up a single thing.
