Our experience with Brent and the McGrath team was extremely positive in every aspect. Brent really does use his 20 plus years of experience to your best advantage. He was able to predict pretty much on the money our eventual selling price and gave us great advice about when to enter the market, how much to invest in reno budget, styling, marketing spend and so on. He is like your partner and cheerleader, advising and encouraging you during the process.
