Opportunistic best describes the strategy for the sale of our family home at 28 Dettmann Avenue, Longueville. My wife is a designer/project manager and the more practical of our union that has seen us renovate and sell a number of homes over the past 20 years...the last of which was in Arabella Street, Longueville. Having been impressed with the result of the auction price realised by Brent Courtney for our neighbours who live opposite our Dettmann Avenue home, we decided quickly to engage Brent to sell our beautiful home. As a result, and given Brent's database of prospects, a private viewing of our home was conducted two weeks after our neighbour's sale. During the actual sale process he worked extremely hard, sometimes 7 days a week, and was always communicative and transparent.
