Sold property quickly

Brian has undoubtedly been the best, most proactive and customer-centric agent I have worked with in any country. Added to his natural friendly and supportive nature is a deep knowledge of his market and profession and a palpable energy to get a sale done. This provided us with incredible comfort as overseas owners who, with the best will in the world, can never truly know whether our interests are being looked after on the ground. Not a problem with Brian. As an indicator we had been trying to sell for some time but with Brian on the case the sale happened within a very reasonable timeframe in a tough market. A combination no doubt of Ray White's leading position in the market but much more so a testament to Brian's ability. Its been a pleasure and I wish him every success in future - he deserves it.

Easy to deal with and got our unit sold with good conditions!

We were here for a week and left with a contract. Great work! What we thought looked good in Trinity Beach on the web from Adelaide turned out to be quite different in the flesh. However, that was how we met Brian. Brian went through a friendly process of finding out what we were after, what our tastes were and what would make us happy. Where Ray White did not have a potential property, Brian had no hesitation finding one held by another agent. In the end Brian convinced us to look at a property we had dismissed on paper and that was one we ended up buying - minus the stuffed toys! It was a nail-biting finish but Brian's persistence got it there. A deal which worked well for both Vendor and Buyer. Always available, always friendly and there to help us with Cairns, even after the contract was signed. A great experience brought by a great agent and all those with him at Ray White Cairns Beaches.

Brian went out of his way to ensure that my property was always presented as best as possible. He spent some of his own time mowing and trimming the gardens to ensure that the property was always immaculate prior to any viewings by potential buyers. Brian always kept me up to date and fully informed at all times and would always provide me with a written summary of all house inspections within hours of the viewings, quite often providing these on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Although I have not met Brian, I dealt with him in selling a holiday unit that had been on the market for some time, with no offers, even though I was advised that my asking price was reasonable and there were supposedly 1 or 2 really positive enquiries, and viewings. After the departure of my sales agents, Brian took over and within weeks he had not one, but 2 offers for me to consider. His communication of what he was doing, enquiries etc was excellent. His market knowledge appeared to be sound, credibility good - he delivered on what he said he would do, and the enquiries were real. I can't comment with any authority regarding his negotiation skills - some of that is more evidential from the buyer's side. Maybe also because my price was about right, and I was keen to sell, he did not suggest negotiating for a higher offer, so I wouldn't make any negative comments on that aspect - he did what I asked him to - sell my unit at a price I told him I would accept.
