Our house sold for more than the asking price, and it was all due to Bryan's approach. He was honest, he did not sugar coat things nor did he pressure us or the buyers, he is a no-frills and straight to the point person, and these are particularly refreshing traits in his industry. We definitely consider Bryan as having a natural talent for his role, and look forward to many many more engagements with him in the future. We would recommend Bryan without a doubt, and highly commend him on his realistic, unbiased and extremely individualised approach.

Good day, once Byran was contacted he provided a prompt introduction meeting, of our prospective sale. We indicated our expectations, and he explained clearly current market state and what to expect and when we came to decide and came to an agreed value and commission for the sale he promptly set to work.
