We recently appointed Sugath as the agent to sell our investment house in Mernda Villages. We had previously had good experience with Sugath while his agency managed the property and after discussing the sale with him he was the obvious choice. We were certainly not disappointed in our dealings with Sugath. He obviously knows the area and the state of the market there very well. He was also able to recommend a stylist who did a great job of dressing the house. The result was that the property sold for the top of the range price within the first 10 days, however only after extensive negotiation with the purchaser. Sugath did a great job of managing the sale and keeping us informed during the process and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
