We went to Page and Pearce needing to urgently sell our house. The Townsville market has not been good for a long time now and we needed honesty from an agent on what they could get our house sold for. Cain was honest and accurate in his assessment and he also took the time to understand our personal situation. From the time we signed to sold (unconditional contract) was approx 6 weeks which is great in Townsville at the moment. Cain got a fair price right in the range he said he could achieve and he handled all the back and forth with open houses and contract dealings above and beyond what we expected. I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents in my time and would rate Cain as both the easiest to deal with and most professional agent I have dealt with. Would definitely recommend him to others.
