Cain dealt most things professionally, thank you, but could have noticed few things from the vendor side I have requested a professional cleaning, but cleaning was very poor, carpets were still with full of pet flies etc.. Could have done a thorough professional cleaning, initial few days at this house we had itching etc. And the moving made too hectic due to the entry got delayed..!, Thanks to Cain at least he get the garage Key at least the day before..! For my offer price I deserved the house clean at least Anyway Thanks ever so much

Cain had the seller's interests at heart, (as he should) but was fair and reasonable to negotiate with.

Cain was professional in his approach to the sale of my investment property. He did seem to have a good knowledge base of the Townsville Real-estate market. However, I did feel that his initial suggested sale price was a bit high for the size of my house. This perhaps led to a longer period for the house to be on the market (which wasn't a problem for me). It would be more difficult to sell a property which is being rented, but Cain negotiated this well with the tenant. Having a tenant in the property may lead to the property not being quite presented at its best, which could have made the selling process more difficult for Cain. I did feel that Cain had my best interests at heart when dealing with potential buyers and he persisted when there were few offers being made for the property.
