Caroline was fantastic with the sale of our Unit in Warwick, she worked hard getting the buyers through was always very courteous and friendly and in the end we got a very good price.
Caroline accurately assessed where my property sat in the market place. She indicated that she had a working relationship with investor groups with qualified buyers waiting. She didn't disappoint by getting an offer through her contacts in the industry, on the first day of listing, with no home open. After testing the market for a week the original offer was increased substantially and Caroline negotiated a third increase to get the amount to our selling price. Overall Caroline presents as a professional, she does what she says she will do.in the time frame she indicated. Naturally real estate can be hard to pick and we are all at the mercy of market forces but on this occasion Caroline was awesome, great work.
