As an overseas vendor I couldn't be on site for my auction. Cedric and his team kept me up to date with regular inspection reports detailing prospective buyers, number of inspection attendees and a recommended reserve price. Achieved a good result at auction, couldn't be happier with the level of service received.

The only reason i rated negotiation skills only 3 stars is because I didn't need to use him to negotiate and didn't see him negotiating with the purchaser. I assume, like all his other traits, he would be very skilled in this. I have seen Cedric around the area for a number of years so was well aware of his knowledge, credibility and communications skills. I am very happy with the price I got for my property and the ease that I felt the whole way through with Cedric at the helm
