We were very happy with the auction result of our family home achieving more than expected...Cedric kept us guardedly optimistic, arming us with the knowledge that the price essentially is dictated by market forces. Such a good result is testament to the accessibility of Cedric and Maria to any potential buyers, knowledge of the area and the follow through approach i.e. attending open for inspections and auctioning the house, thereby providing a more personal approach for both the vendor and buyer. Selling the family home of 45 years is an emotional time and both Cedric and Maria went out of their way to involve and inform everyone personally on a regular basis. At an afternoon tea, our mother was presented with a 'pack' containing photos of the house, flyers , newspaper features and a real estate booklet, which was very much appreciated.
