Anyone who can sell a house prior to auction, in the middle of a COVID 19 lockdown AND secure a price that way exceeded our expectations is a true Superhero. From the minute we met with Charlie I knew that we had found our agent. Charlie was warm, caring and most importantly, he played with our dog! My husband is not easily impressed, but he was truly at ease with Charlie. Charlie patiently answered all of our questions, was extremely well prepared but at no time was he pushy to sign. He didn’t let us down. He knew the value of the house, he gave us some ideas on the areas to improve, advised us against wasting money on things that wouldn’t add value and, in the end, he was 100% right.
