Initially he gave us a lot of assistance in the presentation of the house. My family were very impressed with the transformation. However the market was very tough. When the house (And another in the street) failed to sell Charlie had a back up strategy and soon had a buyer. Unfortunately and quite unexpected (for the buyer concerned) the banks were not forthcoming with finance. Once again Charlie found another buyer within days. He stuck with us till it was sold. He understood what mattered to me and how i liked to work which i appreciated.
