We met Charlie Lund some years ago when she arranged a market appraisal on our home, just to keep us in touch with market trends at that time. Following this meeting we decided that when the time came to sell our property Charlie would be the only one we would consider for the job. Charlie has a great down-to-earth manner and was quick to relate to the difficult decision that we needed to make in terms of downsizing with the prospect of moving to an Over 55's retirement living situation. Charlie and her great team ensured a smooth and supportive sales process and located a purchaser after only the second open for inspection. We have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and her team.

Charli and her team made the whole experience of buying a property an enjoyable one. Her genuine and professional approach secured the property very quickly for us and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks Charli for helping us find our new home.
