We found Charlie to be a highly professional agent; she has built a great team that present a property to the highest standards; she was very committed to the sale in difficult circumstances (COVID); she was flexible to re-assess the property as the market changed and she is all you need from an agent.
Purchased our new house through Charlie. Experienced friendly service with helpful advice and a level of ethical behaviour sadly missing in other agents in the area. Would definitely recommend.
We are new to the area and Charlie really helped not only with information about the house but the region too. Professional, personable and always available when we had questions.
Charlie surprised us (pleasantly) from the start. She knew the market, and gave us total confidence that we were going to have a good outcome. Not relying totally on the strong market, the team’s presentation of our home was faultless, no detail overlooked. The huge ‘open house” was run professionally with strong interest encouraged. Her communication with us at all stages never left us wondering. She worked with potential buyers till 11pm, then closed the sale in 24 hours. Charlie seemed to us at times to be too young to be giving such sound advice , re making ongoing plans. Tori was a pleasure to work with as well, and everything in the office was handled perfectly by Mikhaela. We have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and her team.
Charlie was very easy to deal with, no problems throughout the entire process, I would buy with her again and recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.
Charlies marketing knowledge was spot on. We found her very easy to communicate with, and would not hesitate to go with her again if we sold another property. Very hard working and committed agent.
Charlie was great in helping us through the process. We were guided through a step by step process to make the experience exciting and enjoyable. Charlie was a great help and can be recommended for the help and assistance she provided.
Charlie was great to deal with and I really appreciated her straight forward and honest approach. She is one of the stand out agents that I have dealt with in recent years. Thanks too to Tori for all of your efforts.
Charlie demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of the property market and her input allowed me to prepare my property to maximise offers. She was highly professional and the sales process has run smoothly. Highly recommend Charlie and the Agency team to any other sellers!
Charlie’s market knowledge was excellent. We’re grateful to have gotten a polite and also well experienced agent.
Charlie was extremely professional and easy to work with. As first time home buyers she had a great way of communicating all of the relevant information without it being overwhelming and was more than happy to help with our enquiries throughout the entire process
