It was a pleasure dealing with Charlie Lund and her team. We inspected 3 homes in one day and from that, purchased our new home. We have looked at many homes in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie area over the past 12 months and are grateful to have finally found our perfect home. Something no other agency has offered, is the information sheet that gives, in great detail, all the household and property information down to the last powerpoint. It would be extremely time consuming obtaining and entering all the data, but as purchasers we appreciated being able to have each document and reviewing later when considering the home.

We recently sold our house in Bolwarra Heights with Charlie. She was so easy to deal with, kept us well informed through being on the market and also after we had accepted an offer. As we are building, we required a rental and Charlie assisted us (through her property manager) in getting a rental within a week of me approaching her. We are very happy with how Charlie handled our sale and I would not hesitate to recommend both Charlie and The Agency.

With an Agent like Charlie you can’t go wrong! She is so genuine and when it all come down to the nitty gritty she is honest and reliable, throughout the entire process especially in her communication. Her integrity to call a spade a spade is outstanding, nothing but professional!

Charlie’s experience and knowledge and customer care ensured a smooth and efficient sale of our home and also a great sale price.

Charlie's knowledge and understanding of our house needs were extraordinary. Easy to get along with, clarity and accountability, responsiveness, all standard trademarks at the Maitland Agency.

Charlie did a wonderful job selling our property. She kept us up to date and was easily contactable. We had a unique property that appealed to a smaller market but Charlie was able to get it across the line. On the rare times when she was personally unavailable, her team took over seamlessly. Charlie also has a formidable list of contacts and her recommendations for assistance in conveyancing and bridging finance were first class and highly professional. All in all, Charlie made the process of selling our home a simple and pleasurable experience and we cannot praise her and her team highly enough

Thanks for easy professional experience.

We are over the moon with the result of our sale. Charlie, Tori & Mikhaela made the process smooth and easy for us. Their advise and guidance through the sale was invaluable. Our house sold after the first open house. Charlie negotiated with the buyers to give us an outstanding result! Very happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Charlie Tori and team were amazing to deal with throughout the whole process of selling our home. Their professionalism commitment and pride in their work made the whole process so easy.
