Charlie has once again done an outstanding job. From our first point of contact Charlie was prompt ,professional and very accurate in all the information she provided. Charlie’s communication is amazing and we had a great understanding of where the sale was at right throughout the process. Our house sold within just a few days. What an outstanding effort by Charlie and her team.

After selling our previous house with Charlie many years ago, we had no hesitation seeking her out again to sell our current home. Charlie is personable, professional and driven - always going the extra mile. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and took the time to understand what we wanted - tailoring her service to our unique needs. Charlie is also surrounded by an excellent team and we could not be happier with the service we received, or the outcome.

Very great at communicating letting people know where the paper work is up to.

Charlie’s experience communication and professionalism in handling our sale was excellent and made the process stress free . Can’ recommend Charlie and her team highly enough Well done Charlie and thank you! Patricia & Ian Betts

Thank you so much charlie and tori what a pleasure you made selling my home for me. I cannot belive that there wasn't one moment of stress I can not recommend you highly enough.

It has taken some time to provide this rating as the experience we had with Charlie and her team was beyond outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. Charlie is a communicator who ensures you are informed timely and correctly. Her assessments are surgically precise, which is a credit to her experience. We were impressed on how she stood firm when times/negotiations appeared difficult and always kept our interest first and foremost. Charlie's network of supporting organisations are extremely credible and also do an outstanding job, this is why Charlie is what we see as the golden and best standard of what we expect of an agent. The best agent in our mind is Charlie she will not only get the right price she moves fast and gets you that sale. Thank you Charlie for an awesome experience.

Charlie and her team at the agency, were fantastic. They were very prompt, efficient and professional. Everything was taken care of, And to top it off Charlie found us our new family home.

I would recommend Charlie to everyone, very professional and she did everything she said she would do. Charlie has sold our place after one open house.

We received top class marketing and the sale process was professionally handled. We were kept updated with feedback and had a quick sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and would definitely list with the Agency again.

I urge any person looking to engage Charlie to sell their property to read my feedback. I found Charlie professional, knowledgable, transparent and efficient to communicate and work with. She always responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. Charlie was clearly working to gain her vendor the best possible outcome, however, this extended to me as the buyer because she was clearly working at a highly professional level. This was a vastly different experience to many of the other agents who I came across in the Hunter Valley area during my property search. As an out of area buyer, with pre-approved finance ready to do a deal, I was shocked at the lack of communication or consideration given to me by the agency that dominated the listings in the Maitland region. Knowing how these agents treated prospective buyers, I would never, ever, list a property for sale with them. How can an agent possibly get the best outcome for their vendor when they are competing with one another within their own office for hard fast listings and sales? Getting the deal done with the least amount of work for the agent does not equate to getting the most desirable outcome for the vendor, or subsequently the purchaser. From a buyer's perspective Charlie was great to deal with. I respect that she did the best for her vendor. If I were to sell a property in the area I would list with her because I know that I would be engaging a professional and quality agent who aims to facilitate positive property outcomes for everyone involved.

Charlie and her team delivered an efficient sale, underpinned by her facilitation of a number of professional and contractor services. A professional finish and no B.S.

Fantastic experience, really went above and beyond to make it a smooth process.
