At every stage of my property purchase, Charlie displayed friendly professionalism. As someone who was new to the area, it was a pleasure to deal with a real estate agent who was knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive to the needs of my family. I would highly recommend The Agency if you are looking to buy or sell a property.
Our experience with Charlie was first class. She was very helpful in telling us what we needed to do to get the best price on our house. She was extremely easy to work with and fit in appointments around our busy work schedule. Her communication was always punctual and helpful. And best of all she got us a sale on our property at a price higher than we expected, and all within 48 hours. I would have no hesitation in referring other clients to Charlie for selling and buying a home.
Charlie proved to be an amazing asset in the sale of our home. She kept us informed, offered sage advice, was easily reached and as we were not onsite at the time of sale, made sure the property was kept in pristine condition. Charlie was a knowledgeable and practical agent whom I would recommend in a heartbeat!
Charlie and her team worked tirelessly to get me the best price for my house. Thanks for a great result!

Buying a house from Charlie was a very great and hassle free experience. Her communication via emails and phone was at a very high level. Greatest quality was how quickly Charlie returned emails and phone calls. Thank you for helping us buy our second home.
We have both purchased and sold our current home through Charlie and found her to be knowledgeable and helpful throughout
I spoke to a few agents before I found Charlie. What stood out about her was her positivity. We had a difficult situation & I felt Charlie did her best for us. The outcome wasn't perfect but I know it was better than what we could have got, had we gone with someone else. I definately would recommend Charlie & Tori to sell there property.
We sold our brand new house with Charlie, a record sale for the area and sold within a week. Charlie's advice and professionalism definitely got the result we wanted.
Charlie was on top of every detail, communication was excellent and Tori was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to help me, always pointing me in the right direction. Top marks to both of you. Thank you so much.
