Charlie and her Team at the Agency were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Right from the first day you could tell their knowledge and experience that they possessed was second to none. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish with everything arranged on time and professionally done. Their love and passion for the Real Estate Industry was their to be seen. Charlie, Tori and the Team at The Agency were very responsive to any questions we had and provided advice when we needed it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and her Team to anyone.

Charlie is amazing at her job. I requested to see the house 3 times AFTER I had made an offer and she always made it work. She worked out our building and pest inspection with her preferred company and they did an outstanding job. We are also new to the area and Charlie told us the best place to go for groceries and fun outings. I hope when I buy my second home it will be with Charlie or the agency in general as it seems they have excellence in taking care of clients.

Charlie was very welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. The details provided on the house and area was very informative and was able to answer every question we asked. Would definitely recommend using Charlie and The Agency.
