Charlie we sold a house in Shortland we had owned For 42 years raised a family sold it through LOVE. & got a great price for a sad old house with Neighbours from hell etc Started looking for a home around the Maitland area cause the prices were considerably Lower than Newcastle ( my thoughts only ) so we took a chance & started looking but at most open day inspections were told an offer had already been made ,or been rented for years My wife & daughter met Tori At several open days & got to know her, When Tori told them there was another house coming up that might suit our needs, Tori arranged an a house inspection Prior to the planned open days planned The house was great better than any thing we had looked at perfect never been rented , We made a few offers through Tori & bugger me it was accepted, we have moved in & never been happier I think it a great buy.
