Bolwarra road is the second house Charlie has sold for us in the past 12 months. With both sales Charlie obtained a selling price much higher than we expected. Charlie also went out of her way to ensure that our property which was vacant at the time was presented in the best possible way. She is not only a very professional astute agent, but one of the most kind and compassionate ladies we know. Charlie always puts the needs of her clients first, helping out where ever needed. Thanks again Charlie. Nathan and Sally Friis

You can tell Charlie loves her work! Her passion and energy for her business is a credit to her. Everything was on the mark from day one. I've sold a couple of houses but never one in three days! The sign went up on Thursday and sold on Saturday and I'm very happy with the sale price. If you want a fast, professional sale then you should call Charlie and her team at Mcgraths.

It is my great pleasure to write this review recommending Charlie and her team of highly professional agents. I could not be happier with the result obtained by them in such a short time. My home sold immediately. Thank you also to Tori, Josh and Evan for the great video and beautiful photos which no doubt helped the speedy process. Thank you again Charlie, you definitely are the best agent in the Hunter region.

Now I understand the rose between 2 thorns. Juggling seller buyer and legal. Charlie handled all with professionism to all parties

Assisted through process, even when solicitors being difficult.

I would strongly recommend charlie and the team from hunter mcgrath real Estate.

This is my very first home and i had no clue what to do.. I was very pleased with the prompt service i received and great advice throughout this process.. I panicked a little and was always reasurred and led in the right direction which has resulted in my very first home that i am absolutely in love with... Thanks so much you were amazing and a pleasure to have met on this journey😁

Charlie Lund has a presence of confidence and professionalism that is hard to find in a lot of agents she had a plan to achieve the best possible price and how to approach marketing that would suit my work schedule, Charlie and Tori Lund and team were quick and informative with any questions I had ,I have no hesitation in recommending Charlie Lund thank you again 😊

My purchase wasn't straight forward, however, Charlie worked with me and the vendors to achieve the best outcome - I purchased my dream home! Thank you Charlie and the team

Charlie seemed quite knowledgeable about the area and had some suggestions of possible properties suitable. The process was easy and trouble free once the property was decided upon and the communication was not lacking in getting everything going. Charlie and the team then provided information throughout the process until settlement and were flexible with times for viewing so forth. Thanks!
