We chose Charlie Lund and McGrath after thorough evaluation of what local agencies had to offer. Charlie and her team were a pleasure to deal with from the start and made the whole process stress free and kept us fully informed at all times. Their marketing from our experience was far superior, too anything else offered and took our sale to the top end of the market. We would recommend Charlie and her wonderful team 100% and we look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Charlie got us a great price for the sale of our home, quick, easy, professional.

Charlie and her team at McGrath did an excellent job in promoting and selling our home. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the Maitland area who is considering selling their home.

From the first time we met Charlie, we found her to be professional, dynamic and driven. She made the experience of selling our house very seamless, and she was able to get a price well above what we were hoping for. Her team, Tori and Tom, are equally as professional, and together they made us feel that we were important to them and kept us informed at every step. In addition to the professional dealings we had with Charlie and her team, we also found them to be approachable and easy to get along with - our children loved them! We found the service to be exemplary, and would certainly recommend Charlie, Tori and Tom. Thank you guys!

Charlie Tori and Tom were all a pleasure to deal with, and made selling our property a dream. Thanks guys..

Apart from this having to have been the easiest sale this real estate agent ever had, they didn't get to put a for sale sign up, because they had listened to our brief on what we were after, they found us the perfect home and showed us through prior to hitting the market. Very professional, very helpful and very friendly.

Thanks to Charlie and her team for finding the perfect new home owners for our unique property. We chose Charlie as we were impressed with her cheerful energy, her previous successful house sales, her integrity and her openness. Although it took a little longer than we all expected to sell the property Charlie was consistent in her continued efforts , altering strategies when required and responding effectively when issues did arise. Thank you Charlie .

Nice and friendly. Made the whole ordeal of buying a house easy.

Charlie is a great professional, energetic and friendly real state agent ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends !

We are so pleased with the results of the sale of our property! Charlie took control of our property making the whole process stress and hassle free. She had lined up multiple viewings before our house was officially on the market which had us accepting an offer only 1 week after being advertised. We would highly recommend Charlie and the team at McGrath Hunter Valley.

Highly recommend Charlie. Very honest and fast acting.

Charlie was very helpful and very easy to talk to. It made buying our first house stress free.
