Very happy with Charlie's assistance and guidance in the purchase of this property. Was very decisive with communication and accommodating in all areas. When Charlie departed for holidays the sale process was handed onto capable team members in a seamless way.
Charlie was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her team and she kept us updated throughout the process.
Charlie & the team at McGrath were professional & helpful throughout the whole process, would definitely recommend them if your buying or selling.
Charlie found us a house with what we wanted and within our price range. We will definitely use Charlie again next time we buy/sell and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Was easy to deal with and we got a quick sale like we wanted at the price we hoped for. Win win
Charlie always conducted herself in a professional manner, was honest and upfront - traits which are very sought after in a real estate agent. There was excellent communication and I was extremely impressed with the marketing of the property. She is also proactive when it comes to social media, promoting the property on both Facebook and Instagram, reaching thousands of people. Charlie Lund has an excellent knowledge of the Maitland and surrounding areas and has developed a strong client base. Charlie sold my house in one business day, giving me a great result. I would highly recommend Charlie Lund from from McGrath Real Estate.
The team at McGraths real estate were very easy to deal with snd very professional. They had our house sold within the first few days of being on the market. very happy with their service. Thank you.
Charlie went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of our new property. Would recommend her to anyone for selling or purchasing of a property.
I cannot rate Charlie and her team highly enough after our recent selling experience. I asked Charlie for a realistic market assessment so we could price for a quick sale, and she was spot on. Charlie then immediately introduced two buyers and had them competing, which resulted in two offers and an acceptance higher than my asking price. Four weeks later and we've already settled. The communication and efficiency of Charlie, Tori and everyone behind the scenes was A+ throughout the entire process. We truly felt like we could fully trust Charlie to act in our best interests as our agent... and knowing that we live far away, she even grabbed her own dustpan and broom and popped over to the property to do a final tidy up for us before settlement. Now that's what I call a great agent. Thanks Charlie.
Charlie and her team were very friendly, professional, understanding and helpful to us as we purchased our new home. I couldn't recommend them more, very happy with the service we received!
We had the pleasure of having Charlie Lund sell our house. Charlie is a lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge about Real Estate in the Hunter and surrounding areas, willing to listen to vendors and buyers and assist in any way she can. Charlie had our house sold within 2 weeks of it hitting the market. Love ya work Charlie.
