We were extremely impressed with Charlie's professionalism and knowledge of the current market. During our purchase Charlie kept us up-to-date on the progress of the sale. Due to the service provided we would highly recommend McGrath Real Estate to anyone purchasing a property. We would be looking to purchase another property within the next 18-24 months and will be contacting McGrath at that time. For the service provided we have also used McGrath to also rent our property after the purchase of the house - we did not consider to shop around as we were so impressed. Very professional and friendly service. Very knowledgeable of local market and made the purchasing process easy to understand. Highly recommended, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you very much!!

Charlie made buying our first family home a very easy and pleasant experience.

I would have no hesitation recommending Charlie Lund of Mc Grath Estate agents. My previous agent had the property for six months. When I signed with Charlie she suggested new photos which were well worth the $2,000. The property was sold to the first person to view just ONE WEEK after it appeared on the internet. We achieved the price we wanted. Thanks again to Charlie! Tony & Tilly

Thankyou Charlie for all the effort you put in and for all your help in the process of buying my first home :)

We chose Charlie to be our agent for the sale of our family home at Wallalong. After our first meeting with Charlie, my husband and I felt confident Charlie had the knowledge and experience required to sell our much loved home. We were very happy with all our interactions with Charlie throughout our selling experience and would recommend her to anyone considering selling their property.

Excellent she is the best around

Charlie is a Super Sales person!

What a lovely friendly , very sincere and caring person . Whos efforts are all towards satisfying the purchasers needs. No doubt she would get great job satisfaction aswell. Very well organized , and always very professional - couldnt ask for a nicer real estate lady- the brochures on houses for sale were very professionally compiled. We would highly recommend her to all our family and friends ! If there were more people like Charlie around the country would be a better place !!

We couldn't have been more happy with the excellent service we received from Charlie Lund throughout the process of our recent home sale in Largs. We were extremely happy with the sale price and timeframe Charlie worked so hard to negotiate for us through her intensive and responsive sales promotions. Charlie is a great communicator in every way and a pleasure to deal with. She kept us promptly updated and well informed throughout the process. Charlie always listened to our views and preferences and incorporated these into her sales and marketing strategy. I am already recommending Charlie far and wide. Thanks again for your fabulous and stress free service and assistance Charlie.
