Charlie came highly recommended to us from friends who were having trouble selling their home through several other agents, not long after they listed their property with Charlie they had successfully sold the property at a price they were happy with. After hearing this we then had several agents come out to view our property. It was quite unique as there were no other comparable properties which had previously sold in the area.
