My experience and communication with Chloe was excellent. From when we first put the offer on what would become our house, Chloe was clear, professional and polite with her communication. Chloe provided the information we needed to be able to tailor our offer to secure the home, as she was working directly with the seller to get what they wanted. Once it was established that the sellers needs were being met and we were willing and able to meet them (a particularly long settlement period in this instance) Chloe set to work to ensure the contract process was smooth for all parties. I spoke to Karen on one occasion when she called to advise our offer had been accepted, and then the remainder of our communication was with Chloe. Chloe even organised for us to meet with the sellers, who provided us with a run down of who’s who in the street. Overall it was a really lovely experience. Thank you Chloe and Karen.
