We have had previous real estate business dealings with Chris as both buyers and sellers, and have always been happy with the results that were achieved. For this reason we again elected to engage with Chris and his team to promote and sell one of our properties which was sold even after the property market had lost its momentum and was beginning to decline. Chris and his team used their knowledge of the area and their skills to achieve a successful outcome for us and we were very happy with the result.

Our Purchase was conducted via one of Chris's agents. Some later contact with Chris re moving in problems. Overall most of our concerns regarding our purchase were met. We were bitterly dissapointed with the withdrawl of the promised courtesy trailer for our proposed move.

All in all we are happy with our sale & service. More information about the property would have been good as some information was incorrect with the land size and borders.
