Effortless and great communication :)

I found Chris to be honest and reliable in my dealings with him. He provided good advice on how to sell the property quickly.

Chris is always helpful and efficient, and has a good knowledge of the local market. His rates are reasonable by comparison with some other local agents. I'm only not giving 5 starts as it suggest there's no room for improvement, which there always is! But no complaints at all.

I spoke with Chris almost a year ago, concerning a valuation I took from the internet on my property at Hazelbrook. He was honest enough to say that he felt this was well over the odds, and he felt we couldn’t achieve anything near this value. A couple of months ago he contacted me, saying that the market was strong and now was the time to put the house on the market. We took Chris’s advice and achieved a price well above my original internet valuation. I feel this shows that Chris is honest, knows the mountains market and can be trusted to achieve the best possible price. I would also recommend his wife Renee who managed our property as a rental. We sought a good tenant who paid their rent on time, and who looked after our property. She achieved both requests. The staff in the office are also friendly and professional and I fully recommend Century 21 Hazelbrook.

Many thanks to Chris and his team for the great service during the sale of our house and land. The need to complete a subdivision process concurrently with the sale of the properties has raised a number of complexities compared to a simple sale. These have been handled smoothly and effectively. I would strongly recommend Chris and his team for anyone buying or selling real estate in the Blue Mountains.

Chris has a great easygoing manner to him and is clearly a very experienced agent. He is very calm and methodical in the face of all the little challenges a sale process throws up. Chris sold my house in Hazelbrook recently for a great price. I was actually traveling overseas for two weeks immediately after the exchange and during the cooling off period. I remember being very relaxed whilst traveling, confident that Chris was representing my interests in my absence and sorting through the issues to achieve the outcome. So it proved to be! I would thoroughly recommend Chris, he is a nice, normal bloke, a genuine contributor to the Mid Mountains community, his kids go to the local school etc. He and Renee have built an excellent business which is a credit to their hard work and consistency of application.

We were on the market a little over a week when our house sold. We got the price we wanted and couldn't be happier.

We found our new home and Chris helped make it happen for us. All of the office staff were very friendly and our purchase was an excellent experience.

This was the time for my husband and I to buy our second home and needing to find something bigger to fit our needs. Upon arrival at the first open home it was easy going to speak to Dan who was working alongside Chris. Dan and Chris both made us feel happy and relaxed about the whole process. Upon buying the property and signing the contracts everything was explained to us both and no questions was too small. Any questions while settlement was happening was always answered quickly. Arranging a final inspection was a last minute thing and it was very welcomed and not a problem at all. This made my husband and I know that we had made the right decision. The property is going to be leased now for a period and we trust Chris and his team to look after us and our new home.
