I highly recommend Chris Delfsma as an agent! Had to get used to his ways initially ... 1. He contacted me quickly, when there was a decision for me to be made, and there were a few of them along the way. 2.As a seller it was at times difficult though, not to hear from Chris, even just to hear that he is "working on it" ... In hindsight that was exactly what Chris was doing - when I didn't hear from him, he was finding and talking to potential buyers. 3. There wasn't any hype from Chris, just accurate estimation and lots of work behind the scenes. Chris never told me about all the work he did to sell my property... I never heard about the number of people/parties that went through my property, or about all the offers that were made below my asking price, unless I particularly asked about it.
