No games, totally clear communication
A price guide with a final sale price exactly equal, to the dollar, to the top of the 10% range. As a Buyers Agent I see it all as I inspect properties but dealing with Chris was fantastic. For 2 weeks I was always kept up to date and Chris did everything he said he would and I appreciated that as I didn't need to keep following up. We paid at the higher end where we saw value but that's the Agents role, to maximise the vendor's result and he did that.
