Having purchased a property via Claude previously, I had no hesitation in instructing him to sell this particular property. I witnessed first hand how much he worked for the buyer with my purchase, and I thought that he did the same for me when I was on the other end, as the vendor. Hayley was fantastic as well. She kept an open line of communication, and maintained a very positive attitude, especially considering the current state of the market.

Good understanding of the local market.

Claude and Hayley did a great job in getting our deal over the line. I can't speak on behalf of the seller but I am sure they would also be happy for a easy sale. WOuld highly recommend Hayley and Claude for any future R/E needs

Claude and Hayley made from Abel Property made the whole process of buying our apartment smooth and seamless. Excellent customer service, knowledge and communication from beginning and end. Thank you!

Claude Iaconi and Hayley Spagnolo from Abel Property Leederville provided exceptional advice, support and service in the lead up to the sale of my property. They certainly are leaders in their field, and have impressed me with their knowledge and work ethic. They are also very easy going and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Claude is good to work with. He knows his business and has reasonable suggestions taking in to account both the sellers interest and the buyers. Pleasure doing business with him.

I found claud to be very proffesional and reliable.

As a seller we found Claude to be a very personable, professional and honest Agent. He is knowledgeable about the Perth market and real estate matters. We'd definitely recommend him. If we were looking to buy or sell again in Perth - he'd be our guy!

We had it all, a flat market, plenty of competition, a difficult settlement but Claude and Hayley worked tirelessly through each issue and we got the property sold in good time and for a fair price. Claudes seven day availability was greatly appreciated as were his many strategy suggestions which ultimately got the property sold.

Claude Iaconi ( and all of his team ) are very professional and provide outstanding service in relation to selling, buying and property management.

He was informative and always a pleasure to work with as was his assistant Hayley. All of the processes to sell my property worked like clockwork. Claude's knowledge and marketing expertise led to a quick and very successful sale of my property.

Claude and his close knit team have sold several of our properties. His intimate knowledge of our suburb was a key factor when we came to choose our agent. His communication skills and professionalism were evident at all times. He was candid and honest in all our discussions. we couldn't be happier.
