Claus is an Agent that knows the market very well. From the moment we engaged Claus to sell our property till the time it was sold Claus treated us like friends rather than clients. As part of his initial inspection he recommended what needed to be done to place our property above the others. In doing what he suggested not only did we gain top dollar for a property of this type, (about 10% more than we expected) we also sold the property in 4 days after only one open for inspection. Claus would have to be the most approachable realtor I have ever dealt with, What i found exceptional about Claus was that he knew exactly what the market was doing and he is a very good people reader, I know most real estate agents are closely to compared to car salesmen re honesty etc, Claus by no means comes across like that, I would definetly track Claus down should I ever be in the market to sell a house again, I was so impressed with Claus I posted a recommendation on facebook page for all my friends to see.
I would say that Claus is someone who gets the job done, and keeps in touch along the way.

I especially appreciated the follow up call after the weekly 'open house' and the weekly updates that kept us informed of how things were going. Claus has excellent market and industry knowledge and he is a very easy, affable and calm person to deal with. The property we were selling was not near our home and Claus was a great contact for us, keeping an eye on the house, taking care of inspections and follow ups, recommending local services when we needed them and even liaising with the garden maintenance man (for access), saving us precious time.
