I am based in NSW and Ian and his team managed the entire marketing and sale process without me needing to be involved. It was a very easy and relaxed experience even during the COVID shutdown knowing that everything had been done that could possibly be done. Hard work yielded great results and I was very happy with the outcome.

Ian was very straightforward to deal with. Other staff provided prompt friendly service. As I buyer I had no problems.

This is the second property that Ian has sold for us. We are very happy with the result as well as the journey. Ian is very proactive and helpful and we have enjoyed dealing with him. Selling a house is stressful, so a good agent like Ian is imperative. He was able to secure a solid result in a difficult COVID-19 market.

We would like to thank Ian Dempsey and the team at Ray White, Preston for an excellent work done in the sale of our property at 4/406 Murray Road Preston Especially considering what was happening at the time. We would be happy to recommend Ray White Real Estate to anyone. Regards and good luck for the future. Nely and Mario

Ian and his team were fantastic, we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Ian was professional, prompt and gave us some really sound advice that helped us to sell our home for a great price. Ian's team were flexible and available to us if we had any questions. The process was highly collaborative. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

He is one of the best, if not the best in the real estate industry. He is charismatic, polite, assertive and knows how to sell. We are very thankful for his help in selling our house with a private auction.

Ian, has great experience and is very knowledgeable, with his friendly manner and calmness he helps you through the ordeal of buying/selling your property. Thanks Ian and to the team at Ray White Preston

Ian is very knowledgeable and able to provide realistic evaluations of the range for a successful outcome for the auction of our Preston home.

I am doing the online feedback

Ian was clear, efficient and accurate in his evaluation and understanding of the business of selling our property. He thoroughly followed through and kept us informed. His skills and enthusiasm made for a surprisingly good result. We made a good choice.

From our initial meeting with Ian Dempsey we knew we had chosen the right agent to sell our home. His professionalism and honest approach was what we needed. As our campaign started from photo shoot to weekly open inspections (which can be very stressful), Ian and his team were always there for support, advice and always keeping us updated with phone calls and meetings. I would highly recommen Ian and his team for all your home selling/buying needs. It was an absolute pleasure working together with Ian to achieve our goal. Thank you Ian Dempsey, your team and Ray White Preston.
