We found Ian to be very friendly and informative with our house and the market. He kept us in the loop at each stage of the sale and gave us and update after every inspection. He would even go above and beyond such as bring in our bins and feed the cat! Ian delivered a good result for us, is backed up by a great team and we recommend Ian.

GREAT TEAM . IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE ABOUT SIX OR SO R. E AGENTS TO COME ALONG SIDE POTENTAL BUYERS ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION . WELL DONE RAY WHITE PRESTON . THANKS EVERYBODY

Ian was a very informative, friendly and helpful agent who I would highly recommend.

On meeting Ian for the very 1st time we knew he was the right man for the job in selling our property. He was very knowledgeable of the area, gave us feedback on previous sales within a 5km radius of our property and really put our minds at ease. He regularly kept us inform on all feedback from perspective buyers with weekly meetings and phone calls. We were very pleased with the result on auction day in the property being sold. We would highly recommend Ian Dempsey to future clients.

Ian is the loveliest real estate agent I've met, he was very personable & warm. I felt very comfortable & safe in his care of selling the property. I could not be happier & highly recommend Ian as a great real estate agent.

Ian Dempsey did a fantastic job in selling our house. His manner was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Everything Ian said he would do, he did, on time or in advance. He had great knowledge of the potential buyers and expected sale price. I would highly recommend Ian Dempsey to friends and family.

The process of selling our house was made easy by Ian's enthusiastic yet respectful manner. Always keeping us informed of any development along the way, we were made to feel fully involved at all times. A charming and likeable person Ian made each meeting like a catch up with a friend. Glad we went with Ian and the team at Preston. Thanks a million.

Ian is very well presented, was very hard working & tenacious in his attempts to achieve the highest result possible for me. I liked his communicative style & felt confident and trusted him with my property in his hands. His local property knowledge is second to none & I strongly recommend him & have no hesitation in listing my other property with him.

Ian was always very honest yet positive about getting the best possible result for us. He was always in communication and told us the full story. He was helpful, supportive and didn't feel like a real estate agent; he felt like a friend genuinely trying to help us and along for the long haul.

Ian was great to deal with from start to finish. He helped us secure our investment property and I highly recommend him.

Ian has shown to be honest and professional in his guidance with the market and price points. He is full of energy from start to finish, hard working and reliable with communication and following up. Does his best to be on top of the game especially with his local market knowledge and contacts. Ensures both vendors and buyers walk away with positive results. Would not choose a different agent in the local area.

Every thing flowed from the staging to tradespeople to auction day. Nothing was any trouble and I felt that my interests were looked after and at the same time regular communication with Ian and his staff was always responded to quickly and I was confident that he had my interests at hand while respecting the buyer at the same time. Always a balancing act in the real estate industry and I believe Ian a true people person and carried out all enquiries efficiently for me. Thank you Ian!
