Ians professionalism, knowledge and expertise made what is usually a stressful event much easier. He seemed to know what we needed before we did and guided us expertly through each step. He built a great relationship with us and we trusted his guidance and advice which delivered us a fantastic outcome for the sale of our home. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I have yet to meet a better real estate agent.

Ian was very helpful when I was selling my home. He was always quick to answer any questions and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I would recommend him highly.

Ian was not only a wonderful person professionally to deal with, but he made the whole process of our auction campaign so easy. From the beginning right through to the very end, Ian was nothing short of fantastic with communicating not only with us, but with everyone that walked through our front door and to the chasing up of numerous people time and time again to get the best result for us on the day. His knowledge, experience and expertise was a huge advantage to us to get a fantastic outcome for our family. We highly recommend anyone to use Ian to represent them in the future selling of their home.

Ian was very personable right from the beginning, went to great efforts to provide me with the information about the property I was interested in. As I was unable to attend the auction, he arranged a set-up allowing for a proxy bidder and allowed for successful negotiation with the seller allowing me to purchase my first home within my budget. Since purchasing the property, Ian has been amazing to deal with, organising for things to be fixed within the house by the builder as well. I would recommend him as an agent for any further properties I choose to sell.

Ian was very helpful when I purchased a property at Ray White, especially when the vendors had some delays with the settlement date. Very professional and friendly service and excellent communication.

I recently sold my unit with Ian Dempsey. He is very professional and has real passion for what he does. He has excellent communication and relationship building skills. He had faith in my property and worked very hard to achieve the figure I asked for. He has done a great job! I will not hesitate to recommend him.

When the Rosebud West house was put up for sale, it was an emotional time for Mario and Elena, having spent many summers with their family and friends enjoying the beach. Ian helped them navigate all aspects of the sale in a caring manner knowing what the sale meant to them, used his market knowledge to great advantage, worked hard to find just the right buyers, negotiated and ultimately obtained top price for their house. Mario and Elena are now able to move on with the next phase of their lives. Thank you Ian.

From the outset Ian was friendly and showed initiative.

Great commission and honest hard working agent

We recently sold our home in Reservoir Vic. We enlisted the help of Ian Dempsey from Ray White Reservoir to assist us with selling. We were very happy with the service Ian was able to provide. We found Ian to very dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and personable throughout. Ian has a very sound knowledge of the local area's and year's of Customer Service and Sales experience making him an excellent Sales Agent.

Excellent communication skills, its great to deal with someone who follows up on every little thing that other agents might think are trivial. Look forward to dealing with Ian in the future.

We had the pleasure of having Ian sell or house for us. His professionalism showed as he got a great turn up to our auction and helped us close a sale that was beyond our expectations. Solid effort be Ian and the team at Ray White.
