Having made the decision to sell my investment property I walked into my local Stockdale Leggo real estate to get things going. I found Daniel easy to deal with and had not only a great understanding of the local area but a proven success rate of sales within my unit block so it was a no brainer to pay more attention to Daniel. We made a time to catch up so he could present not only my unit but the Stockdale Leggo machine which we tend to take for granted. The numbers added up and I considered the valuation realistic although higher than I expected.. Daniel had it sold in the first week which I found amazing although sadly the finance fell through so that was the end of that sale. Daniel kept me calm and was very reassuring that this was not unusual. Although it was listed it worked out that Daniel had enough potential buyers in his notebook, made a few calls and vwala the unit was sold with a shorter settlement and a higher offer than the first.
