Good communication good to deal with

I bought my first home from Stockdale and Leggo in Cranbourne, and the service provided by Daniel Burgdorf was excellent. Daniel explained the contract clearly and concisely and due to his communication and interpersonal skills I felt comfortable to sign the contract without reading every page first . Daniel kept in touch , was easy to contact and returned phone calls promptly when I needed to arrange building and final inspections I found Daniel to be very honest and helpful after I encountered 2 separate problems with the vendor prior to settlement. The vendor had provided misleading information to Daniel about the property which was resolved with a negotiated reduction in the purchase price. Later the vendor's conveyancer notified me that the vendor intended to stay at the property for an extra month and would pay me $1500 . Daniel took the time to send me an email to inform me about my rights and advised my that I was not required to agree to this. I give Daniel 10 out of 10 for the service he provided, however, the person at Daniel's office responsible for taking away the property sale boards needs a good kick up the backside , the sale board is still here nearly 3 weeks later.

What impressed us with Daniel was he put us the customer first. Where other agents talked about themselves and their agency, the first thing Daniel asked was "what do you as the client want/expect from your agent?" and explained what he can do for us. Daniel gave us honest feedback about our house and what we needed to do to get it ready for sale which we heeded. This gave us the best outcome. Through the sale process Daniel kept in touch with us either via call or sms to keep us to date with what was happening.
