Right from the start Daniel was an excellent communicator. I sold my previous house through another agent in a different suburb and he was good but certainly did not keep me up to date as well as Daniel did on the purchase of my new property. He also made himself available for property inspections after the contract was signed so that I could check various measurements etc. Very pleasant, very articulate and professional in every way. Selling a 30 + year old two bedroom flat was certainly a challenge that Daniel willingly accepted. He offered sound advice, was empathetic with our needs, and responded to direct requests for information .
