David was very persistent in me using to the Edge to sell my property. Silly me went with another agent in the beginning for a wasted 6 months, but I gave into David's polite requests for him to market the property. Well... I should have gone to him 1st! David is very patient, knowledgeable, and I feel his manner is laid back not pushy which would gain the trust and respect of potential buyers and sellers, not like the other pitbull agents that are very pushy and almost aggressive in their sales pitch. David obtained a higher price for my property than I was expecting. I would highly recommend David and the Edge to anyone.
