I would go out of my way to buy or sell through David again. Not only did he achieve a fantastic result on the sale of our home, he did so with honesty, integrity and expediency. David is the ultimate professional - his manner and communication skills are flawless. This is one agent who could single-handedly debunk the "real estate agent" myth.

Natalie and I, have found David to be extremely focused on our selling objectives. He got us the deal we were seeking, and matched sale with purchase of our new property.

Our house was not the easiest house to sell. We loved it, but it had 67 steps to the front door. David guided us through the sale process with professionalism all the time. His communication skills were excellent and his honesty and integrity are second to none. We'd happily recommend David to anyone! (and I think the people who ultimately bought our house would too :)) THANKS DAVID!

Dear David, I would like to sincerely thank you for the opportunity of representing and selling my residence in St Ives. Selling a home can be stressful however the whole transaction was seamless. Your extensive experience in the industry provided an exceptional sales result in such a short period of time. Your sincere customer service prior, throughout and after the sale was outstanding! I would have no hesitation to engage your services in the future and I would highly recommended you to others for any real estate transaction. I congratulate you on your integrity, honesty, professionalism and personal attributes you bring to the industry, second to none and I wish you all the best with your future sales and career. Kind regards Belinda
