David has been very supportive during the whole process. In the present situation where we are supposed to maintain social distance, it was not an easy task. Auctions and open houses have been cancelled due to COVID-19. David did an excellent job in this difficult period.
David Choy was given a very hard task to sell our home under the current virus situation. At all times David communicated with us and kept us informed of viewings and offers. This is the second property he has sold for us and both times he has far exceeded our expectations.
David was a nice and patient gentleman with professional skills. He was a good communicator and explained the situation for us in details. David was able to consider the situation from both vendor and our points of view, and maximise benifits for one without hurting the other. We enjoyed our buying experience with David and look forward to having more cooperation with him in the future.
Highly recommend David Choy and his team for anyone looking to buy property in Castle Hill Suburbs. I would like to say thank you very much, provide guidance from the beginning to the end. Anything that needed attention and he will be on to it straight away.
With the emerging Coronavirus crisis and a relocation interstate we had to put our house on the market. We met a number of quality real estate agencies and settled with David & Nora Choy based on a quality sales and marketing program with McGrath , David's vast level of knowledge and results and also David's engaging personality and style. We were guided by all of his recommendations to market our home effectively with David focussed on delivering our sale in a tough market environment ( open inspections and auction cancelled mid program ). David sold our home the week prior to auction for a very positive result meeting our expectations and also delivering on his personal commitment. We truly value Davids efforts , his passion and the result and have no hesitation in recommending both David & Nora Choy and McGrath Real Estate Regards, Brenton & Cheryl Sheahan
David is my hero, he showed me his professionalism and passion through the entire sale process. He is the best real estate agent in hills area I have seen.
Very commited professional David with a genuine and honest heart, who has extensive local knowledge, established local clientele, responsive, pragmatic and transparent throughout the sales campaign. A professional you can truly be relied upon.
David was very good when it came to buying my home. He took me through every stage and helped my buy my new home.
When I first time saw this property in the market,I hardly thought it will be my next home, but with David's help,my dream come true, he always try to help you and never let you down.Thank you so much,David .
Selling a property can be very stressful and scary, especially when it takes longer and longer. We had previously listed our home with another agent who was unable to get a result for us, yet David got the result we wanted in just a few weeks of having the listing. Our only regret is that we didn’t choose David from the outset. Definitely we will recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you so much, David!
Professional, passionate, decisive, determinate, energetic, observational, address to detail, understanding the house, understanding the area, understanding buyers, always there to help with his long term industry experience and his great team, always achieving the expected result, ... David Choy has shown all these characteristic since we knew him 6 years ago and during the selling of our 2 houses. Congratulations David, you are truly the no 1 choice in the Sydney Hills area.
David Choy and his team at McGrath's were exceptional and professional. Although it took nearly 3 months to sell, his team were continually working hard to find the right buyer.
