I got a few agents to give a valuation of my property and the range had a difference of $120,000 from lowest to highest. David gave the highest range but this wasn't empty words, he knew what he was talking about. He always kept me informed as to what was going on calling me in the evenings after each open house as to how the day went. Well, after two weekends totalling four open days I accepted an offer very close to the top end of the valuation so David came good. Recommended.
