We are very grateful for David helping us sell our property whilst are living interstate. He communicated at all times and dealt with our extremely difficult tenant very professionally. We cannot thank David enough for selling our house at a good price.
David Choy is one of the most professional and enthusiastic real estate agents we've ever met. We are lucky that we made the very best choice to get David. He gave us many valuable advice and supports during property selling preparation and the selling strategies were practical and thoughtful. We'v got timely feedback from each open home. David always worked and discussed with us if there's needs to adjust. We are so satisfied with the whole experience of house selling also the result are beyond our expectations. Thank you David!
We believe David Choy went above and beyond during the sale of our property. He was always extremely professional, had good market knowledge and he kept us informed every step of the way, He achieved a desirable outcome for us and we are extremely grateful and happy for his efforts. We would highly recommend David and Nora, and will use them again if we need to sell a property in the future. 5 stars!
David Choy recently sold our property in Castle Hill and was very professional to deal with. I would definitely recommend David to anyone wishing to sell their home in the Castle Hill area.
We would like to thank and highly recommend David Choy and his team for their outstanding service! Selling a property in this market can be very stressful and scary. David’s expertise and direction helped us achieve a great result. We consulted with many agents before making our choice. However, the choice was easy, once we met David. He is so passionate and professional about his work and his company. David takes the time to get to know you and explains the process of selling your home. He then listens carefully to what you want and advises you. After you are well informed, he gives you space to make your own decisions of how you would like to proceed. David is excellent at keeping you updated with both verbal feedback and data that he and his team collect during open houses. Leaving you a note after each open house and then following up with a phone call. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for him to respond to any of our messages or calls. He made us feel like we were his only customers. Once again, we highly recommend David Choy for any property transactions. Thank you again! 😊
When I first met David Choy and he looked through my property I knew he was the man to help sell as he loved the home we had made. I wanted someone with enthusiasm and who appreciated the work, time and love we put into the home to make it a family home and he did. He was confident, knew the market and promised me it would sell and it did. Thank you David for your time, love, drive and appreciation. You were the best man for the job and you didn't fail is at all. I highly recommended David and Nora and can't thank them both enough for the support and help they provided with a great result to show this.

We were very happy with the professional way in which David approached the marketing and sale of our house. All related processes were delivered with the highest level of professionalism and quality. From day one we were impressed and had total confidence in handing our house over to David to sell. We had used David to sell a previous property and the outcome and experience this time was just as good. You can be assured that David always tries to get the highest price for the vendor and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is selling a house.
David was great to deal with and worked all hours to ensure everything ran smoothly.
