We just sold our house with David Cutler from Purplebricks. We highly recommend David. At all times he was proactive, attentive and helpful. He had the property open for inspection 3 times a week (Sat, Sun and a weekday) and if any little things came up he personally attended to them immediately. Feedback along the way was great. He even did some drone photos of our house from the air for free! Re the Purplebricks approach, we added up the total costs of the sale (advertising, signage, brochures, photos, legals and auctioneer together with agent fees) and Purplebricks was $30k cheaper than the written quote we got from a local real estate agent we liked. And David was just as good an agent, if not better. So it was a massive value add to go with David and Purplebricks.
